David is known as "THE FLYING REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATE".  David has been selling real estate on Prince Edward Island since 1985.  He has consistently been a top producer receiving the President's Elite Award for Coldwell Banker.  Only 2.5% of all agents in Canada achieve this award! 

He has been the number one agent on PEI for listings sold and gross commissions for the past several years for Coldwell Banker.  David was an auxiliary member of the R.C.M.P. for 27 years and has worked approximately 3400 hours most of which was voluntary service.

David obtained his Private Pilots License in 1999. In 2007 he built the first Van's RV10 airplane this was the first of this type to fly in Canada.
